  3. Tips for Increasing Happiness: Raising Your Happiness Setpoint

    Did you know that researchers have found that every person has an individual baseline of happiness, and that this baseline of happiness can be raised? Come learn tips and techniques to raise your happiness setpoint and enhance well-being. Dr. Wendy Hurwitz, a graduate of Yale University School of Medicine, will run this session. This program is aimed at parents but older children or teens are welcome to join in on the Zoom.
